I have used Adirondack Pavilion Pools to open and close my 20x40 inground pool for the last two years. Last year my pool opened green, but I was told that it was due to a mild winter and I accepted that. This year my pool opened greener than last year. Many of my friends opened their pools this year to find blue water because of the harsh winter. Again, another excuse by the company as to why it was green. My guess is that they did not put enough chemicals in. It has been two weeks since they "opened" my pool and it is still green. After several trips to Concord and having to add additional chemicals trying to get my chlorine level up, I realized that they installed my automatic chlorinator backwards, so my pool was not getting any chlorine. To make matters worse, the part says to hand tighten only and they used a tool to really tighten it. This caused major problems when trying to take it off to fix it. I will never use them again to open or close my pool.
The best little hobby shop I ever been to. They ordered the items I needed and I had them within 4 days! Lionel trains where in stock and they repaired my stuff right there! Great family shop A 1 rating from me!
