I hired Adirondack roofing in 1999 to do roof on my place in the Adirondack sector of the state , and to this day my roof is like new so any negative jibberish is just because the said customer did'nt have the capacity to comprehend or understand the agreement , sounds like vindictive weasel !! I have used Adirondack roofing 2 times in the last 12 years. The first time for my roof and they did such a exceptional job I had them come back and replace my Windows! They worked with my budget and I was truely happy with their work. If there is ever a need for their particular service I will definitly be calling them first!

I called "Adirondack Roofing" and had my new roof installed in March-April. After the roof installation my dining room sky lights leaked. Adirondack Roofing agreed to replace the Sky Lights and I gave them $1100. for a down payment. They did not come back for weeks/month and when they finally did come back the sky lights were the wrong size because they measured wrong. They never came back again and in August, after repeated calls, they told me they were returning my $1100., but only returned $950. A new contractor put a tarp over my roof and installed the new sky lights in two weeks, but my ceiling was ruined and it cost me $1700. to repair. Now, no one from Adirondack Roofing ever returns my calls. Because I trusted Adirondack Roofing I am now out $1700. due to their negligence, delays, incorrect work and empty promises. Beware if you start dealing with Adirondack Roofing. I had to learn the hard way to never do business with Adirondack Roofing again.
