No thanks

I called about getting an estimate on a large oak tree in my back yard that was causing car damage as it has limbs that hang over the driveway. I got a call back and I was told that Action would be there at 4:00 on Friday (the next day). 4:00, no one arrived. 4:15, no, 4:30 no. I finally called back at 4:45 and got voice mail. Never received a call back. Frustrated at the fact they didn't even call back, I called them the following Wednesday. The receptionist answered. She said did not know why they didn't call me back, but she would have him (her husband) return my call within the hour. I got a call a few minutes later and spoke with him. I asked why he didn't show up OR call me back. He simply said he just didn't. He had a "tree emergency" and worked all night on it. No other explanation or call back. He then asked me where it was I lived. I just told him don't bother. I will go with someone else.
