Great job cleaning, but beware of "hidden" costs.... we paid more than double what we were quoted!!

I've used them several times, all with great results....we live in a downtown (1st floor) condo and are thrilled that they can run their lines from the truck on the street through our faucets. The carpets always look fantastic afterwards! Would definitely recommend.
