Despite the fact that they had done work on my existing garage door--they had some other guy listed as the owner of my home--even they could not figure this out. I had difficulties getting a price from the estimator. When I personally asked the GM to give me someone else to handle replacement of my garage door, he said no. Simply put, the estimator was more important than my business. In this economy, this company can afford to pick whom they choose to do business with. INCREDIBLY, THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT!
