Well it's winter and the below zero weather is here and that is a nightmare for my fire protection system that is located out in the vestibule of my store. Unfortunately, the heads froze broke and the water was hanging down like huge stalactites. It was like being at Howe Caverns! I called Dave at Absolute Fire Protection for an emergency service call at 4 am and he responded within a half hour. I thought it was pretty amazing considering we are about a half hour away from West Springfield, MA. But he was there in a jiffy and made the repair very quickly and efficiently. He is very professional and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of any type of service or installation on their Fire Protection System.
