I scheduled an appointment to meet to obtain an estimate on a patio cover. The scheduler called me at the last moment to share that she had family "come over" and couldn't keep out appointment. Not an emergency situation with her family, just an inconvenice to and perform an estimate. I called several times after to reschedule an appointment, and the voice mail was consistently on.Taken into consideration if I had decided to retain them to build my patio, the degree of professionalism and reliability of the company is questionable.
