My name is Ingrid Alexander, and I help people find fulfillment and purpose in their lives through my unique combination of Transformational Coaching, Ayurveda, and Energy Medicine. My offerings are not cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all. I offer a solution that is tailored explicitly for you. The foundations of my practice are also the foundations of my life.
