There's only one word to describe this business: RUDE. I couldn't even get the guy to answer simple questions about fixing my concrete (what techniques you use, when you think you could get the job done, etc.). His phone etiquette includes answering the phone with "yeah..." instead of any sort of formal business greeting. His cell phone gets horrible reception, and the conversation was ended by him with "If you can't understand me, then just get out of my life." and he hung up the phone. It's probably some fly-by-night guy looking to make a quick buck at anyone's expense (or worse).

Recommendation to others: I wouldn't even waste my time calling.
