Wanted a wrought iron gate done, contacted them and they explained the process (since I don't know much about fences only that I needed one), spoke with them and got installed exactly when I needed it. It looks amazing so trust me when I say that once I need a new one put up, I will be contacting them again.

Wanted a wooden fence done and they contacted me the same day. Went out the day after and had it installed within the week. Yes it was delayed but when they have many more other requests its understandable. They even offered a discount which I didn't care about because I knew I was going to get what I wanted. Patience is key, they obviously have a lot of things to go through so I was willing to give them time. They were sweethearts. Would purchase again.

Was there when told they would be, came out looking amazing. Would recommend to anyone in my opinion.

One first class operation, they turned my vision of the perfect gate and entry into a reality. It was like working with an old friend. I would not only recommend them, I already have future fence plans that they will be doing. I can't think of anyone I trust more after this experience.

Aber is a horrible company to work with. They have ZERO communication and if it's not something that can be done over the phone, they want to charge you $125 regardless if you were informed by someone in the company that it will be taken care of. I have been trying for over a week to have them work on the gate system that they installed in our neighborhood and have been given the run around since day one. They refuse to assist with anything and have completely slacked off. Louis Walker is a joke and refuses to help anyone if it involves lifting a finger. I regret the day our builder decided to use Aber because it has been nothing but a headache. I will never recommend them ever to even my worst enemy!

We spent several thousand dollars for a front yard Aber fence. The workers were professional & the fence looked good. About a year after the fence was installed, one of the finials on top of the fence broke off in my hand. It had been glued with super glue (instead of welded) to the top of the fence! We have called Aber at least 8 times to try & get them to come out & repair the fence. They are always friendly & personable & promise that someone will come out soon. We first called them in September. It is now December & the fence is still not repaired. When we called today, the repair department person (whom we had talked to twice about this problem) had no memory of any of our calls.

Aber Fence completed a very small gate project for our yard. Althought this was a very small project for them, it was a big deal for us. They made us feel that we were as important to them as any large commerical contract. We love our gate and will call on them again with all of our fencing needs.
