Awful service --

In December 2010 a technician came to provide service to My Thermador range, he requested a deposit of $150 for the part he needed to order. Since then he came twice with parts that didnt solved the problem. 8 months later I still keep calling the secretary on a weekly basis, and still waiting for them to solve the problem.

I called Abco to report that my dryer was starting intermittently. Denise took my call and was very pleasant. The technician, John, came out on a Saturday morning, immediately diagnosed the problem and my dryer was back to working within 30 minutes. John was professional, knowledgeable (he explained why the door button probably broke) and gave me the broken piece. I would highly recommend ABCO for your appliance repairs, I know I will use them again in the future. A satisfied Freehold customer

I would like to Thank Abco for coming out the day before Christmas to repair my oven. I was so upset because I was having like everyone else family over (35) of them and no oven. Thank you Denise for your help in sending me someone asap!!! Your the BEST!!! Tech was also very wonderful to work with. Yours truly, Cindy
