Handy Lady

I took my dryer apart and put it back together but I think I did something wrong. So I callef and the gentleman encouraged me to go back and try again because I had come so far. This type of thing is rare gor people these days in a society that is driven by making as much money as possible. Glad that I found this number. If I get stuck again he said he would walk me through the process.

I needed a front-loading washe...

I needed a front-loading washer to be repaired because it wouldn't drain. After speaking with A to Z and telling them what my problem was on a Monday morning, the technitian told me that they were exceptionally busy, so he would "talk me through the process of repairing it myself." He proceeded to explain how to display the pump and drain pipes, and exactly how to unplug the drain pipe leading to the washer pump! He told me to call him back if I "got stuck" at some point, and that they would also make a house call if it turned out the pump needed to actually be replaced (if the drainage problem was not related to debris buildup).



Fantastically honest, and I appreciated the phone advise to see if I could "self-help" without a service technitian fee, or possibly waiting until the next day because Monday was such a busy repair day for them!



They especially expressed appreciation for the military, since we are a military family. I would highly recommend them for the honesty in telling me about their schedule, and attempt to help me "help myself" with trouble-shooting.



AND, I WAS able to fix the plugged drain hose myself!



I would highly recommend them.
