At first I was impressed by A Family Man's Towing when my insurance company subcontracted them to get my car from Le Roy Illinois to Peter B's mechanics in Urbana Illinois. When a week and a half later I picked up my car from the mechanic and noticed a broken reflector and was told by Peter B that the towing guys were looking at that area when they delivered the car but did not say anything to him, I called Jennifer to explain the situation. She said she didn't think they did it (even though you could see the clamp marks on the car from the towing equipment) but they would pay for it to maintain good customer relations. When Peter B's contacted them for payment they refused.
