We appreciate everything Mike Vernon and his team did for us. We moved from Illinois to Mississippi this past week, traveling a rock cracked our windshield. One phone call and we received the fastest response and service. Mike called and ordered and received the windshield in one day, same Saturday he was out at our house replacing the windshield. Quick, easy, professional service! I needed 2 chips on my windshield repaired. I called Clear Choice and Rick came out the next day to my house to do the repairs. They gave me the number to call my insurance company, who covered all the costs after a quick 2 minute phone call. Rick took care of the rest of the paperwork. I couldn't be happier!

I used clear choice because they come to you to replace your windshield. I was quoted 249.23 and promised rust primer protection. Once the tech removed my glass he wanted to show me the old butyl gasket and told me that he would have to charge $50 to remove it and get down to the bare metal. I declined that and told him that that wasnt in the quote. He agreed to remove it then and installed the glass. Before I wrote my check I asked him about a warranty against leaks. He said there wasnt one. Then told me that the glass was warrantied for the life of the vehicle. After he left I found that he had thrown the old butyl rubber gasket with glass under his truck and found big shards of glass all in my lawn around the repair area. That's horrible service and I wont be using Clear choice again or recommending them to anyone.
