This business is very misleading and deceiving. They did not charge me to complete a diagnostic test on my transmission which I thought was good. After the initial diagnostic test they told me my transmission needed to be taken apart for further testing, however I would have to pay $ 489.00. That was fine. After telling me the price, I explained to them I could not afford to have my vehicle repaired by them. I asked them to put my transmission back together and I would pay them the $ 489.00. The sales rep Phil said they would not put it back together, instead they would put my items in a box and I could have my vehicle towed from their location. After asking many times as to why, Phil could only say they are were not going to do it. I did not see any fine print nor was it explained to me my vehicle would not be put back together the way I brought it to them. If you use them don't get fooled by the HOLLYWOOD TALK. Be sure they tell you the facts about doing repairs.

Would definately recommend Abram Transmission Masters to everyone! Having a transmission problem is already stressful as it is. These guys are not only polite but are honest - being completely up front and helpful while giving me advice on what would be the best plan for my vehicle. Needless to say they did a great job using only top of the line parts for my rebuild. Was affordable and worth my time and money. Great job guys!

THE SERVICE I RECIEVED AT TRANSMISSION MASTERS WAS WONDERFUL THEY WERE VERY CARING AND KEPT ME UPDATED ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR REPAIR. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND WITH THAT I RECIEVED A LIFETIME LABOR WARRANTY. I WILL REFER MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY IF THEY ARE EVER HAVING A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
