21st Century Towing Inc. are thieves, liars (not practicing as an ethical business) and greedy!!! We (maintenance, apartment manager and myself) had figured out a parking mistake, a visitor parking area had not been marked due to an immovable large trailer covered the ability to mark the spot, "V" (V for visitor parking) and the other 19 connecting spots have "V"s for visitor parking to this one area. **I had called, explained and discussed with 21st Century Towing, Inc. that there was a mistake made, the manager and maintenance lead of the property had validated and stated this, by the trailer being finally moved and 21st Century Towing Inc. just places me aside with no refund for the mistake. The mistake had been corrected the very, direct next day with a "V" visitor marking in the 20th and final spot. And 21st Century Towing Inc. still stole my money and placed me aside with no resolution or call back. The mistake has been corrected immediately and 21st Century Towing has unethical business practices and just places my calls aside!!! **People get refunds if a product is broken, faulty, dangerous and not working. This was an honest mistake that had since been fixed immediately!!

My Girls's car was repoed by 21st only it was paid off!! they had the wrong car and off the license plate by one number. They apologized but we still had to go threw calling the police to find they took it and still had to go pick it up. We tried to stay understanding but when we got inside her spare change from center console was gone, many things missing from glove box and you could tell it had been "slim-jimed" then relocked. (the weather strip was tore from a slimjim) we called police but couldn't prove anything. BEWARE!!!

When my car was repoed on 12/1/08 it had several items since was just before Christmas there was a $160 Microscope set - Direct TV Receiver - a full case of fire logs $6- my house key with the mail tog $50 to replace and several other small items I called them and went and picked up two sacks of items not including the items above when I tried to get the third bag that looked like mine was told that was not included when I got home and went thru the bags these were not included I called and spoke with Clark and was told that these items were never in the car when it was picked up - I paid him the $40 to release my belongings and they had gone thru them and picked out what they wanted. If these were small things I would not push it but these were expensive and I have to repay DTV $475 for the receiver and my grandson did not get his Christmas present.
