General Info

We will conduct a professional, non-invasive inspection of the property, designed to provide a snapshot of the observable condition of the residential or commercial property and related systems at the time of inspection. 1st Inspection Services provides a clear and concise report, in a timely manner, to assist our clients in their decision making processes. We will do this to the best of our abilities in accordance with the Kentucky Standards (Kentucky State License #2494), American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and/or our company's Standards of Practice.
