This service provider was recommended by tire store who sold me tires. When I took my car in to be serviced, the above company being reviewed broke the key in the door lock and blamed it on the key already being broken, which was not the case. They didn't offer to have the broken key removed from the lock, nor did they offer to replace the key. Basically, they said the key broke off in the lock and the problem is yours. If you want us to do the alignment on the vehicle you have to bring in a replacement key. When they found out I worked 20 miles away from their shop, they offered to let the vehicle sit on their lot overnight and would fix it the next day if I was going to bring in the spare key after I got off work. Sam's did nothing to put my back into the same position I was in when I took my car to them for the service and was very clear about them not having any responsibility for the situation.
