When you purchase an item, note that HOLLYWOOD MUSIC has a no return/no cash refund policy. I purchased an item close to their closing time. They hustled in ANOTHER item into my purchase, took my money then closed. The next day when I tried to return the extra item, they pointed to an obscure sign noting their "no return" policy. Most businesses I've dealt with would refund a non-damaged item with no problems, but apparently that isn't the case with this business. I may be out of luck due to "caveat emptor" but thankfully because of the net, I can warn others as to how Hollywood Music treats their customers.
