Fresh Too U is a Vietnamese restaurant serving all natural healthy and fresh Vietnamese food in attractive and inviting yet modern fast-casual environment. There are no waiters/waitresses breathing down your neck, just order your favorite food and drink then kick back with our free wifi while we prepare and bring the food to you. We serve Vietnamese soup (Pho) rice dishes, Vietnamese rolls, and Sandwiches (Banh Mi). Our food is found and crafted with the simple concept of freshness and healthy homemade Vietnamese food. We believe in “eat healthy and live long.” We strive to put freshness back to affordable eateries. We formulate our menu to embrace healthy choices: Our Vietnamese Soup, Pho, is cooked with traditional Vietnamese home cooking style, using drinking water and all natural ingredients. NO MSG, artificial ingredients or artificial flavoring is added. We cook our broth the traditional way: the broth is extracted from six to seven hours of cooking of the bones and meats, carefully brought to a balance of freshness that you can taste and quality you can feel. Choices for our Pho are Beef Pho, Chicken Pho, Shrimp Pho, Beef Ball and Vegetable Pho, and Fried Tofu and Vegetable Pho. Our rice dishes include choices of Cashews Chicken Vegetable Rice, Lemongrass Grilled Pork chop, Grilled Pork Patti and Fried Tofu Vegetable. We also offer two vegan dishes: Vegetarian Shrimp rice and Vegetarian Chicken Rice. Each dish is served with fresh-cooked vegetable and premium quality jasmine white steam rice. Each dish is designed to bring together a balance of fresh and healthy combination of protein, fiber and carbohydrate. We keep in mind the health benefits associated in our Vietnamese rolls. We really put the freshness in each roll; we offer Vietnamese Egg-rolls, Shrimp Spring-rolls, our homemade Pork Patti Spring Rolls and our Pork Patti Rice Spring Rolls. Each roll is made fresh as you ordered. We go the extra length to formulate selections of ingredients and qualities that bring out the freshness in each bite. We also serve Vietnamese Sandwiches, Banh Mi. We add green salad, tomato, cucumber, sliced carrot and manioc to enhance freshness and fiber. We offer the traditional Vietnamese Ham and Pork Rolls Sandwich, the tasty Grilled Pork Patti sandwich and the aromatically delicious Lemongrass BBQ Beef sandwich and Lemongrass BBQ chicken Sandwich.
