Provided by YP.comGood dealings with annesis, thanks for getting me out of a jam. Not sure what other reviews are about, didn't experience that at all

Provided by YP.comHad great experience recently when my Toro Snow Blower broke in dec. storm. Called Annesis and they came out and picked up my machine, repaired it and brought it back in 7 days. Glad they are there, cannot think of better place to do business, Thanks guys!

Provided by YP.comWorst possible customer service, rude, belligerent, incompetent and extremely overpriced. I hate to be shy about my opinion but it's true. FYI-as other posters have remarked - Annesis does NOT have any interest of honoring warranty claims, only selling way overpriced power equipment while giving lip service about what great service they offer. Save hundreds and shop at the big box stores, it's the exact same equipment, the little retailers try to convince it's not. Check it out and you will see the Husqvarna power equip. at Lowes and the Ariens at Home Depot is the same product at much less cost to the consumer.

Provided by YP.comI've purchased quite a bit of equipment from Annesis, and have been satisfied with it. However, my latest purchase was far from satisfying, and the how they handled the problem I was even much less satisfied with.
I purchased a brand new Husqvarna chain saw, which they assembled, gassed up, oiled, started for me, and provided to me without a box - simply without an owners manual.
When I got the unit home and attempted to cut down a tree, within one minute (no joke - one minute), the chain came flying off. When I inspected the saw, I found that they failed to adequately tighten down the nut that holds the bar in place (this is the nut that must be loosened in order to tighten the chain.
Now, when I take the saw back to the them - the first thing they try to do is blame me for the problem saying that I was supposed to tighten the chain after 10 minutes use. I wanted a new saw - in the box - with all the parts - so that I could assemble it myself properly to ensure that I was working with a safe saw, but they refused. They did replace the chain (since it was damage when it came off the bar), but their attitude was terrible, IMHO.
In the past I've paid their higher prices because I figured they were adding value by making sure I received hassle free equipment - and if anything went wrong that they would go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
Seeing as that is not really the case, I'll be taking my power equipment business elsewhere.

I use these guys quite a bit and have to say they do a fantastic job every single time I need them. They are courteous, professional and very thorough. When I pick up my mower or snowthrower it's ready to go for the sesaon. I will gladly and very highly recommend them to all. If there wwas 10 stars to give I'd rate them a 10....Ben Campbell

Provided by YP.comI had a riding mower repaired at Annesi. Unfortunately, when they delivered the riding mower back to my house, they neglected to return the mower deck to me! Where did it go?? All efforts to locate the missing mower deck have proved fruitless. And they still charged me for the repairs. What gall!
