No Beef in Beef Stew ! False Advertising !

I bought several cans of the beef stew & when food was low I decided to make a meal of it. When I opened the cans, they contained gravy and potatoes only! No "meat" no carrots..

I love the chili yummy! 👍🎊🎉❤️🍻😍 greasiest ever, great for the morning, know what I mean???

I also had the problem with the stew. The dates are hard to see. And yes at the good price I stocked. Come to find out when I had our son see the date it was outdated by 7 months. Do stores or anyone out there really care? The stores just care about getting their money!!! There was only 2 stores that I bought it from so tomorrow I will find out if it was just one of them or both.

I am concerned because a food item from their company does not have an understandable "best buy" date on it that I can use to tell me if it is good or should be tossed. It is Beef Stew under the Southgate brand which I thought every food item package had to have a clear best buy date on it by Federal guidelines. I will try to contact someone who can tell me this info. .

I had a can of corned beef hash...worst thing ever!!! more grease than meat!! never had to drain hash before...than not be able to eat. Never again!!!!!!

I've tried various things, the stew, the sausage gravy, etc. and haven't found anything I don't like. Its all good, its all priced right. Good food at a good price. It would be hard to cook up anything better than that.

I totally agree with the reviewer on here regarding the corn beef hash. One of the worst things I have EVER eaten. Are you sure you didn't get it mixed up with dog food? SERIOUSLY. I have never reviewed a food product before and am not a complainer. That was TERRIBLE!!!

I opened a can of corned beef hash cooked it for an hour to remove the water, ended up with about 4 oz. I tasted it and through it out, its the worst thing I ever tasted. Please read the contents of all the products you purchase. the first listed is the highest volume. and for off my list. I clicked 1 star only as I figured it wouldn't post without it.

I was very impressed with your vegetable stew. i have tried a lot of canned stews and must ay yours beats them all hands down. the flavor was fantastic. the meat was real. the veggys were very good. i would recommend your stew to any one with pride. to all of you that take pride in your work making this exceptional product thank you. charlie.

southgate beef stew is great I've tried other beef stew in the can and they can't compare to your it was very tasty. all the other I tried were greasy and the meat tasted processed and tasted like a chewy sponge I admit a first I was skeptical and so was my husband and he doesn't eat any canned stew period so when I warmed it up and put it with his meal He said how good it was and when I said it came out of a can he couldn't believe it . He went a dug the can out of the trash !!! So we will be buying it from now on THANK YOU . My only complaint was the labeling doesn't show how good it really is . Maybe a better picture or more clarity on the STEW itself . other than that it's really really really good!!!!!!!!!!!!!
