Clean rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast was good. The hotel manager (Trish) went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a UPS package that arrived late at the hotel and we had already left and she took the time to follow up with me and resend it to my home address. Excellent stay and place to reserve while away from home.

I have been staying at this hotel once a week for the last couple months, and continue to do so. (School away from home.) I am always pleased with the condition of the room and the professionalism of the staff. I've stayed in hotels all around the Nashville area and this is, by far, the most bang for my buck.

My four friends and I booked this hotel kind of last minute for CMA Fest and we were not really sure what to expect. We ended up receiving a two bedroom suite and it could not have been more perfect; we had plenty of space and it was perfect for what we needed. What made this stay even more great was the friendly front desk staff, especially Eli. He really made us feel welcome and made our stay a lot of fun. Also, the shuttle service Driving Ms. Daisy was also wonderful couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. We would definitely stay here again as it was a good price for what we needed and the staff was excellent!

My experience at the Nashville Airport Inn was extremely positive. The room was a very nice, large suite with comfortable bed. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel manager is an absolutely beautiful lady! Highly recommended.

My hubby and I needed a decent-priced hotel for the night so that I could drop him off to his flight the next day, and we forgot to book a hotel through priceline. We were so surprised to find this hotel, so close to the airport and at a great nightly rate! There is a nice outdoor pool and a shuttle to the airport if you need it. The desks clerks were always very courteous and helpful. They even printed directions for us, free of charge. Our room was clean and comfy. I think that people should stop booking at 2-Star hotels if they expect to have rose-petals thrown below their footsteps.
