Store manager Jesse, is the BEST Went into store crazy with my computer, not only did he calm me down but fixed my problem and showed me how to do the task. A fine young man and wouldn't take a dime.

I am a proud member of Urban Active on Nolensville Pike in Nashville TN. I am very impressed with the exceptional customer service the employees have displayed. To name a few; Walt, Ginger, Ambrose, and Kevin have been great! I look forward to working out at Urban Active. The hours of operation are also very convenient.

A friend of mine joined with Urban Active a few days ago and was saying how nice Walt was and how he had given her a tour of the gym and so on. She gave them my number because she knew I was not happy with my current gym, which was NAC on Harding Place. I was not happy at all. I was not given a tour but I was pressured to give a post dated check for this upcoming Friday. During the time that he was suppose to be convincing me to join he had side conversations going on with other people that worked there at the gym while my son and I sat in the office with him. It was very rude and he clearly displayed that he was not truly interested in gaining a true customer he was just pressing me to spend my money. Walt needs to go back through customer service training again and this time pay attention. The same service that my best friend got when she joined Urban Active should have been the same service that I got when I went to meet with Walt. I have called to speak with another manager but Walt seems to be the only on there today, so I will be calling back tomorrow to speak with another manager.
