DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

We ordered online through Grubhub - the only way they take online orders. We ordered a large supreme pizza with extra sauce and a side of onion rings for hotel delivery. We requested plates and plasticware as well. Our order was delivered without plates, forks, or knives. We got fries instead of rings, and the pizza was dry and flavorless. We called to ask about why we got fries and they said they didn't offer onion rings any more so they sent fries instead! How stupid is that? They wouldn't give us a refund for the rings and told us to complain to grubhub. We did, and we will never order from them again. Rude people, poor service, bad food. Don't bother

Tonight I was in the mood for some New York style thin crust so I called this company. My first question after being greeted was, "how long is the wait for delivery?" I was informed that it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half. I was not interested in waiting that long for pizza so I said, "Thank you, have a good night." At this the man on the other side of the phone said "F**k you too." and hung up on. I would only recommend this place if you like your serving staff to treat you like crap. I can not really express how shocked and stupefied I am by the level of disrespect this "place of business" showed me tonight. New York Cafe & Deli will not see another dime from me.
