Provided by YP.comI've wasted so much time and energy with this company that I'm almost too exhausted to write a review, but hope to spare others the agony. I first called them in May 2015 after seeing them listed on Heat n Glo's website as the only "preferred" dealer in Nashville. I have a Heat n Glo fireplace that needed to be lowered. Was told that it would be 4-6 weeks before anyone could even look at it. Fair enough. After 2 months of no response, I called again. This is where the real aggravation began. Over the next 3 months, I mainly dealt with Zach who seems polite on the phone, but continually fell short on following through on just about every step of the process. Dates were scheduled and not kept. I was repeatedly put off. Heard numerous excuses about how they had too much on their plate. Promised to order parts, but didn't follow through. Took a frustrating number of reminder phone calls to attempt to keep things moving. Often did not return my calls. Finally, after 5 months from my first contact, my existing fireplace was lowered about 2 feet and the remote replaced. I had a gaping hole in my livingroom for 2 months from their first visit to the time they finished. So glad I didn't agree to their ridiculous quote for having them do the drywall or I'd still be dealing with them. Worst customer service! At this rate, they won't stay in business long.

Provided by YPmobileTHE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO WORK WITH!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give this company a minus 5 I would! I was told 4-6,weeks to receive my mantle. 9 weeks later I'm told they need an additional 5 more weeks because the manager is incompetent and didn't order the correct thing!! Run away as fast as you can! This company needs to be shut down!!!!
