We are conveniently located in downtown Nashville, a couple of blocks from the General Sessions and Circuit Courts. We give free consultations over the phone or by appointment. We handle Misdemeanor and Felony criminal cases, Uncontested, Contested, and Default Divorces, Name Changes, Adoptions, DUI, Traffic Violations, Personal Injury, Reckless Driving, Theft, Robbery, Burglary, Simple Possession, Felony Drug Offenses, Probation Violations, Prostitution, Public Intoxication, Public Indecency, Vandalism, Evading Arrest, Resisting Arrest, Domestic Assault, Expungements, Background Checks, and many other legal services. To get started with the divorce process you will need to fill out the applicable Statistical Information Worksheets attached below and a $100.00 down payment to get the divorce papers typed and mailed to you within a week. The court cost will need to be paid when you are ready to mail or bring the signed papers back to the office so we can file them with the courts. You will have the entire waiting period to pay the remaining balance. We will not be able to schedule a court date until the balance has been paid in full.
