We had a great experience! The food was good. The chef was awesome!

If you are looking for a casual dining experience with professional service, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. During my one and only visit to this establishment, it was apparent that the hostesses were not qualified to there job. This problem was also evident in there management. After waiting an hour and half for seating, illogical and unnecessary excuses were given to as why we were constantly looked over. It had gotten to the point were my party was the ONLY people left waiting; and as people walked in, they were immediately given a table. This type of service is truly unacceptable.

Extremely POOR customer service. We were originally told that it would take 25-30 mins to seat our group of 12. We waited for almost an hour. During that time, the hostess ignored us and did not provide any updates re: seating options. Other customers were seated and served while we were waiting. Eventually, after several inquiries, we were told that the restaurant had a problem finding 2 tables close together to seat our party. After waiting for almost 55 minutes we finally got a chance to talk to the manager who didn't offer a solution or a remedy. In fact, she told us that the hostesses were going a good job in trying to seat us. We left without being offered seating or food! Not even an apology! I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone - EVER! Unable/unwilling to provide customer service - overall rating 0!
