I had been having problems with my older unit not cooling very well. This company was recommended by an associate so I contacted them. After meeting with me, I was informed that I needed a larger more powerful unit so I agreed. Results: None. It worked no better than the older unit, and almost immediately began to freeze. Over the past four years, I have had to call a number of times, and each time he had some excuse as to why it was freezing. Freon was never the issue. He gave me many reasons, and it was always something I was doing -- my fault. One of the reasons which he gave, on more than one occasion, was that the pet hair was "clogging" the system. It seemed that he was not interested in solving the problem. I would never recommend this company for anything. The service is less than desireable.
