DO NOT give these people business. PLEASE STEER CLEAR !!!! They are extremely rude, racist, unprofessional, and savage. We have had several friends who have visited this business, each a single time only, and all have equally bad things to say about the poor quality of alterations or lack there of, how filthy the business is inside, the high cost of poor quality work, and worst of all how savage the owners and staff are to the customers. I was fortunate enough, because I was forwarned by enough people, that I was able to steer clear of wasting my hard earned money, having any clothes destroyed, and getting ridiculed as a paying customer for questioning the quality of work however their reviews all over the internet speak for themselves. I do however frequent the restaurant next door and Elegance Cleaners (the irony in the name..) often leave their doors open. Those customers on the patio at the restaurant are well within ear shot of the cleaners and on countless occasions have heard them talking badly and laughing at passerbys, many a time using slurs of some kind, and heckling not only passerbys but their own customers!!!!! How can it be that in 2017 there are people like this still in business. Let's move toward a better nashville and get places like this put out of business simply by not giving them any business at all.

I used this cleaner for a long time. My girlfriend took a dress to be cleaned and they hung it up by the neck allthough the dress had straps for hanging. The neck stretched out and it ruined the dress. They refused to even refund the cleaning charge of about 12.00. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was like a Seinfield episode
