We have take are cars here for most major repairs, and besides the sometimes higher dealer costs, we have been totally satisfied. We have also received a courtesy vehicle while our car was in the shop.

I came in with a busted radiator! You know that's a major and expensive repair. The people at Downtown NIssan couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They were honest and up front about cost. They worked to make sure things covered under warranty were paid for by the warranty company. That saved me quite a bit of money. They took the time to compare parts and didn't try to up sell me on the more expensive part. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of places to work if you're waiting for service. The cost of a major repair is never pleasant but doing business with Downtown NIssan made the experience a lot less stressful. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

If I could give this place a complete ZERO I would! I will NEVER buy another car or have any service done at Downtown Nashville Nissan! They completely screwed me over on a recall repair that they refused to make right. They also falsified my repair records.... stating that I had requested repairs in the past, when I absolutely did not. They even had the nerve to call me to buy a new car while my car was being repaired, and "new" problems kept being found. That makes me wonder if they were damaging my car just to get me to buy a new one, because of large repair bills.



In the past, they claimed to have fixed a problem that I asked them to repair. They called to say the repair had been completed, when I came back to get my car, NOTHING had been touched.



The service department employees are extremely rude and not very knowledgeable.... this is definitely evident from reading the other reviews on this site. They make up answers just to get you to go away, but the answers are ALWAYS in their favor. I know that's part of a car dealership, but this place definitely goes a step further to make the experience even worse.



Do yourself and a favor and skip this dealership. They don't back up their service repairs; you will be spammed with their constant e-mails, even after you request to be removed from their list over and over; and get sketchy service when you bring your car in for repairs. There are plenty of other nissan dealerships in Nashville, so save yourself the trouble and go to those!

well first of all, I pull into...

well first of all, I pull into the drive and a guy walks out with a smile and very politely starts his greeting and some tall guy who was limping walks out and cuts him off mid sentence and says he is sorry it's actually his up. After that I didnt even want to be there. Then this guy who's name is JR seems like the most dishonest person the whole time he is dealing with me. I am a very nice person and dont like conflict or I would not have let this guy work with me. Needless to say, he never will again. Then the next time I came in there a very polite gentelman by the name of LJ helped me. He was awesome. If it were not for him I would never come in there again. If I could give some advise, get rid of the loser, ex-dope addict looking JR guy and get some more people like LJ.

TERRIBLE SALES STAFF.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Aside from the obvious lack of professionalism, they are dishonest, misleading and unethical in their practices. They have no respect for the customer nor the customer's time. The sales staff walk around as though they have no aim in mind. Not a very motivated bunch. It should be noted that we attempted to resolve our dispute quickly by contacting the general manager. After 10 days, we have not be granted the courtesy of his reply.
