While coca cola has some great products, it would seem like a good salesman that had some of his or her establishments continually run out of a product ( Sprite Zero ) in the bottle in the Ashland City and Pleasent View area would up the order by a case. Even Wal-Mart continues to run out of this item. Ever since coke USA took over and everything went to pre-sale, customer service seems to be on the back burner. Its no wonder coke sales are off. I have to continually by another product like Diet 7up instead. I know how things should be I used to work for Coke in Nashville and Springville, TN back when the route salesman sold the product off the truck. Its not rocket science if you keep running out, and a case. If you still run out add another. The market I frequent on a daily basis is constantly out and the employee's can't understand why they can't get coke to correct the situation. This is from one of your frustrated consumers.
