Provided by YP.comWhile there has obviously never been an instance in which I found myself desperately needing the worst kinds of food at 4 am, I am vaguely aware that some people have found themselves faced with this issue, and this review is written for you incorrigible folk.
As one of the only 24-hour establishments, Café Coco holds a revered place in my heart. There is something immensely comforting in knowing that, no matter how late it gets, there are options that will serve me actual food (as opposed to, say, whatever it is that Jack in the Box is selling for 50 cents). The variety here is fantastic: pizza, pastas, salads, breakfast foods, even cheesecake (Godiva is highly recommended). I have tried numerous things here, and never been disappointed. I have never been wowed either, but I will take "not disappointed" any time after midnight.
This place also has a lovely patio outdoor, but a warning is that it is populated by a seemingly non-migratory population of hipsters with cigarettes, so plan on inhaling a good amount of cancer here. Inside, there are often poetry or writers' nights to enjoy in the back room. A wide variety of people, events, and foods in one place, I would describe this as one of the more eclectic places in Nashville.
Cafe Coco is a wonderful little place introduced to me by a high school friend. The food there is amazing and all of the staff members are great people, I've had the privilege of befriending quite a few of them. Not only does this place have great food and great service it is also one of Nashville's Live Music Venues, I've gotten to see a lot of great bands as well as people I know, play there. It is open 24 hours a day so its a great place to go and kill time, any time! Granted I don't live terribly close to it, just the atmosphere is people there is worth the drive.
