This business unknowingly accessed the copy of my accident report, and then contacted me to make an appointment for the neck pain that was on the report, assuming insurance would pay for it. I had not even seen the accident report yet. When the insurance didn't pay them directly, I paid the bills. The therapy did help some before I stopped. It was a sneaky way to get a new customer.
