Twice now these folks have bailed me out on a Saturday....Very friendly and on one occasion waited for me to get there for over an hour....highly recommend!!!!

The lamp went out on our LCD TV. I called several places (on Saturday of Labor Day weekend) and most were going to charge me $350 to come out and replace the lamp. Audio Video Service told me that it was easy to replace and I could come get the lamp from them and replace it myself. It took less than 5 minutes to do and our TV is working great. I appreciate their honesty and would definitely call them again if I needed my TV repaired.
