Located near Nashville, Aster Springs Outpatient – Nashville offers exposure outings to nearby eateries and grocery stores, allowing clients to practice recovery principles in real-time with the support of a therapist. We also offer weekly themed cooking groups with our registered dietician. Our facility specializes in treating adults of all genders, ages 18 and older, struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. At Aster Springs Outpatient – Nashville, our programs are LGBTQ+-affirming and inclusive of all religious preferences. Our programs were intentionally designed with trauma-informed principles in mind. We offer a relaxed private treatment setting with small group sizes to enhance personalized care.
