They strive to be a neighborhood small business and I cant think of a better way to spend my money! repairs are expertly done and I was so surprised when I picked up years old jewelry and it looked brand new. excellent services and customer satisfaction. unfortunately you cant please all the people all the time. we are all human. best quality and best prices!!!! thanks

I had this man replace the shanks on my wedding & engagement rings.The new shanks were different widths and it was very noticeable to the naked eye.He cracked the fine bridgework & immediately repaired it when I brought it to the salesladies attention, only to have it break again in two days.I didn't take it back for further repairs.He neglected to mark the gold content on the new shanks and when I returned to the store to have it done he used a cheap stamp method rather than the professional engraving it was marked with when I brought it in.It was crooked and only half on the band.I took in an unmarked gold pin for a gold content test and he said he only needed to look at it to know it wasn't gold,never testing it.I went straight to another jeweler who tested it only to find it was 22k gold and dated from the late 1800's.I DO NOT recommend this man.He holds his skills in such high regard that he let a valuable antique pin slip by as junk jewelry.Only experiences and both were bad.
