All they care about is money. Worst customer service. They couldn't even cash a $4 check leaving me with multiple fees even though I made every effort to rectify the account. I had much better customer service at Service Credit Union and they even do cashier checks for free.

I shopped them in 2008 for a car loan and they beat my own bank by 2.5 percentage points. I got tired of the fees and how much they wanted to keep of my money. So we switched in 2009

I've been with TCU for 18 years--fabulous financial institution with a competitive Online Savings rate, low interest rates on my car and personal loans, FREE bill pay (which is totally awesome). TCU is also extremely active in the community and since this is where we live, we appreciate all their efforts (ringin' those Salvation Army bells at Christmas time). Thank you TCU!

I've had very positive relationship with this Credit Union for last 3 years. There online savings rate is the best I can find. Even though they are planning on lowering it slightly, at least they notified me in writing of this plan rather than let it just drop without warning. Wonderful customer service.
