Not happy. Ordered on line when it said there was one available for pickup, then received email saying none were available. I called the store I was going to pick it up at to see about having it shipped from another store or shipped to me. Rep asked if he could "take a message" because they were busy in the store. I guess he doesn't understand that I'm a customer too who just purchased something and needed assistance finishing the transaction; evidently I need to be there in person. Online buying is the where it is at and you really should show more value to your online shoppers. I can just as easily go buy this on Amazon or somewhere else online.
