I was getting frustrated trying to get in touch with the IRS because they owed my parents estate money - after hours on the phone I finally spoke with a woman about making an appt. - even though there is an office here where I live they do not take appointments so I was given the choice of Boston (ugh) - Brockton (ugh) or Nashua - (Yeah). So we had our appt. today and had the best experience. The woman who helped us was just amazing! I wish I had gotten her name but if I ever have to deal with the IRS again it is back to Nashua I will go.
