Founded in 1997, Healthy at Home is a private, nonprofit agency that provides home health care services. It offers skilled nursing and rehabilitative services. The hospital is staffed with nurses, therapists, aides and educators. Healthy at Home also provides physical and occupational therapies, as well as respite and personal care services. It works with medical service providers and health care organizations. The hospital is affiliated with the Greater Nashua Council on Alcoholism, Harbor Homes, Milford Regional Counseling Services and Welcoming Light. In addition, Healthy at Home organizes several fundraising events. It is located in Nashua, N.H.
