From time to time, as a builder, you undoubtedly run into a deal that perhaps you feel is too big for you to tackle. This is an opportunity for you to join forces with us. We are able to process the property as required with our team to obtain the permits and provide you with the lots you need in a subdivision setting without you having the huge financial exposure necessary to get the project approved. Engineers: We are actively seeking land parcels for development and from time to time you may be approached by owners of land who do not have the financial ability or expertise to handle a subdivision. As you will note above, we have been in the development business for over 40 years and are familiar with the process necessary to get projects approved by towns which have become more and more demanding of developers. Capability Summary: Management of complex operations over wide geographical areas requires a broad base of capabilities.
