I know when Dust N Clean cleaners come to my house and clean Denyse Poulin (owner) is always following up with me to make sure the quality of work is up to par.

I have been using Dust and Clean for awhile now and I must say I am very pleased with the level of service. The girls are courteous and polite, always on time and I am comfortable with them being in my house whether I am home or not. Their attention to detail and focus on a job well done is something that is lacking from most service organizations. It is a pleasure to know my house is the way I would expect after they leave and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a first class company.

I am a new client of dust n clean. I have only been using their service for about 6 months. I am a mother of 5 and work two jobs, so coming home to a clean home once a week is a great feeling. I am extremely complusive and chck the work throughly would never want to clean after someone who has already cleaned my home, and i dont have that issue. it looks clean and smells clean. they make my beds, take out the trash and even do any dishs left in the sink. Thanks girls I appreciate everything you do.

I just started using dust n clean about 8 months ago. I enjoy having a clean house and haven't had a problem with scheduling.

I have been using Dust N Clean for 4 years now and am very happy with the service. The girls that work for Dust N Clean are very pleasent and thorough. I have never had a problem.

I have been using dust and clean for about 6 months and i am changing companies. The first few cleanings were fine but for the past couple of months they have gone down hill fast. Nothing is ever moved or cleaned behind. I don't think they swept my floors or washed them the last time since I did it the night they supposedly did. Very little effort is given...just the bare minimum to get by. I would not recommend this company.

The girls chatted among themselves very loudly about how they hated it when the customers were home while they were cleaning. Then they went on to complain about a house in Hollis, (apparantly one of the girls is banned from going there) complaining about how the mother/son relationship. Gossip about your customers in front of other customers? How rude! If you're looking for a quick dust and vaccuum at a high price, this is the company for you. The owner states that they move everything, but I continued to find lots of crumbs on my kitchen counter. Main pathways vaccummed, but not against walls, next to furniture, etc. No effort whatsoever. Bathroom cleaning left a lot to be desired.I included a gratuity on my payment check. One of the cleaners took me aside and told me "do not put the tip on a check, "she" doesn't give it to us" and advised me to just give her cash. No word of thanks for the gratuity. And don't ever call to advise about any issues, it's you, not them!!!

I have been using Denyse with Dust N clean for about 7 yrs now and I am still very happy with the service that I am receiving..At first I was a little nevous about having people I didnt know enter my home but I have never had a problem and definately know that I can trust the girls that come.I highly recommend using the service, there is nothing like coming home to clean home after a long day of work! :)
