I write this review as a response to Guest54321 review. I stepped in this afternoon asked professionaly and politely for a an employment application. The receptionist handed me one - very politely. and asked me to have a seat and fill it out. I did and hended it back to her, drove off. In less than 10 minutes Cassandra called me , in 10 minutes I came back and interviewed. Cassandra is very seasoned business woman.

I have been going to this salon for about a year. I go to Sara for hair (color and extensions) and Leah (facials, eyelash extensions, and eyebrows, and makeup for my wedding). Both of them are amazing!! Very sweet and know what they are doing! Sara does hair extensions for me as I have thinner hair from cancer treatments I went through 8 years ago. I cannot begin to tell you how much confidence I have gained back. Her work is flawless and no one knows I wear extensions!! Leah knows her stuff! She made me look gorgeous for my wedding with beautiful makeup and extreme eyelashes! I also went to her for quite a few facials to make sure I looked my best on my wedding day! I love going here! I have never had a bad experience! I also like getting pedicures here <: they have a different drink each month!

I recently visited Cassandras for the first time for a Luxe facial with Leah. If she is a representation of the whole salon, than I commend Cassandras for hiring such a professional, knowledgeable employee. She is tremendously skilled, and passionate about what she does. It was one of the best facials I have ever experienced. Leah went above and beyond her job, by answering all of my questions and educating me on products. I will definitely be visiting Cassandras again, 100% thanks to Leah!

I see these reviews and I have to disagree with the service. I had an amazingg ultra sonic facial with Leah K. She very knowledgable and sincerely takes pride in her work. I can tell she is up to date and ultimately knows how to pamper someone, even as critical as me. She also did threading and eye lash extensions. From my research she's the only one that does threading and her eye lash extensions looks so real. Thank you Leah for making me look and feel beautiful for my wedding.

I found Cassandra Salon to be very unprofessional. I dropped of a resume and left messages to speak to someone, owner or hiring manger none of which ever called me back. The hiring manger is completely useless. A call back would have been nice. I also find them to be overpriced I paid $45 for a trim!! Come on now!!

Dont book a prenatal massage with this place!!!! They charge more and dont even have a suitable massage table for it. I had to lay on my side with my arm out going numb. It was ridiculous. The only good thin about this place is the eyebrow threading with Leah. Ok price but she does a really great job

THE WORST experience EVER! I LEFT WITH SEVERE PAIN AND BRUISING FROM WHAT WAS SUPPOSSED TO BE A GENTLE STRESS FREE MASSAGE, I HAD BRUISES ALL OVER MY ARMS AND LEGS. AND WAY OVER CHARGED ME AFTER THEY GAVE ME A DIFFERENT PRICE OVER THE PHONE, NOT ONLY WS THE SERVICE AWFUL SO WAS THERE STAFF, THEY SAID I COULD MAKE A ANOTHER APPT. WITH A DIFFERENT MASSAGE GIRL, ARE YOU KIDDING ME OVER 130 FOR A SWEDISH MASSAGE NO EXTRAS 50MINS.. WHAT A RIP OFF BEWARE OF THESE THEIFS AND ABUSERS

Beware of prices they quote, they told me 20-25.00 for my children to have a cut, when I went to the counter to pay, they tried to charge me 35.00 for a 5 year old and 40.00 for a 10 year old. Then they argued with me over the price and brought out the stylist to defend her prices and the girl who made the appt., it was terribly embarrassing for me, I'm sure everyone thought I was being cheap, but I wouldn't have made the appt. if they told me the real prices when I made the appt. or when I doubled checked the price 2 days before the appt. I wonder how they would feel if they were told a service would be 40.00 and then someone tried to charge them 75.00!! They should have honored the price they quoted, and not made me suffer thru such an embarrassing situation, the customer does not matter to them!

Terrible hair cut, unfriendly, overpriced, stuffy, I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

This was the worst salon that I have ever been to. When I booked my hair cut appointment, I requested that they assign me to someone that is good with naturally curly hair. Lets just say that my hair looked better on the way in to the salon than it did on the way out. The staff was very stuffy, the stylist was unfriendly, offered no suggestions and did a terrible job with my hair. The prices are up there with some of the nice salons that I have been to on Newbury street in Boston, but the service does not even come close. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I can honestly say this was the worst salon experience I've ever had. I live in Nashua and was going to Boston to get my hair done. I decided to look for a closer salon and searched online. I found a few pictures on their site and thought it would be a good place. No only was it the worst haircut - one side was almost and inch longer than the other - and the highlights were terrible - purple and blond when I asked for brown, but I have large red raw marks under my eyebrows where they burned me with the wax. I've been putting aloe on the burns and hope to God it doesn't scar. When I went back after getting my hair fixed the manager said he wouldn't give even a partial refund because he didn't see the work before I got it fixed. I was in tears. So, I'm out $150 dollars & could have scaring on my face.

I've been going to Cassandra's for 8 years. I'm moving almost 2 hours away soon and I will still make my appointments with them (weather permitting). Everyone is very friendly and very nice - genuinely (not just part of the job). I have my hair treatments with them and I've used the day spa treatments, i.e., massages, facials, facial toning and have always enjoyed them immensely and am extremely pleased with the results. You've got to go!!
