We came to the Vagabond Inn having never stayed in a B&B before and didn't want to leave! It is a fantastic getaway, with beautiful rooms and Patti is a wonderful host. It gave us a special weekend and we definitely are looking to return.

We stayed here for our 25th anniversary. It was our first time every at a B&B. Coudn't have been happier with our stay. We plan to be back and maybe make this a holiday tradition now that we are empty nesters!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the inn's dog and horses. Our room was such a pleasure to walk into. Met our expectations and more. Felt like family. Decor was outstanding! Would recommend this B&B to ALL. A plus plus plus.

WE stayed 2 nights at the Inn. With a secluded location and wonderful mountain views, it was a great break from the daily hustle. OUr room included a private spa, great bedding and comfortable reading area. Patti made us feel like family, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast prepared by Elliot (although could have used larger juice glasses)

Loved the decor, with little fanciful touches everywhere you turn. Food was great, company was fantastic.

Such a classy place. I went there and I had an absolute blast! I was greeted with sparkling wine as a birthday gift and when I need anything someone was happy to help. You can come and go as you please and the scenery is breathtaking!

I loved the common area, and our room was superb. The rustic accents and the fireplace made us not want to leave the room. Outstanding breakfast and friendly service.

Beautiful area to relax and unwind. Very very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was fresh and perfect every morning. I can totally see why rooms book up fast...we are definately going back again very soon!!!!

We intended to do this before now, since we were there in June. The Inn is close enough to Naples for Dinner but out far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Patti is a wonderful and accomodating host. When we go back to the area we will stay at the Vagabond.

We got married the week before and this was our honeymoon. Everything was perfect. The view, the room, the people, the atmosphere! The food was great also. Everything was freshly made right there in front of you. I personally liked that it still felt like home yet, away from home all at the same time. We WILL be returning!! A+

We just returned from a 2 night stay at the Vagabond. We were so impressed! The grounds, stables, and views were stunningly beautiful. The grotto-like entrance lent itself to the calming retreat ambiance. The Inn's common rooms are lovely and elegantly appointed. But the room...oh my! The Bristol Suite exceeded our expectations! We especially appreciated the gorgeous and private grounds right outside our door, and the cozy, private screened in porch with the most comfortable love seat to relax and read a book...and small private deck beyond. It was exactly what we were looking for! We found the room, bathroom, common areas exceptionally clean. We also appreciated the environmentally conscious policies the Inn employs. Good for them! We also want to comment about the remoteness of the Vagabond, which is clearly stated on their website. Being from a rural area, we expected the curving, high altitude roads. Be aware that GPS systems work, but sometimes gave a false turn or t

The Vagabond Inn was wonderful! It felt very European and homey. We loved our cozy room with gas fireplace and outside hot tub. Beautiful landscaping with horses and a pot bellied pig to feed were great too!

The views from this B&B are spectacular. The weather was rainy and a little chilly, but the 2 private hot tubs we had access to made it ok. Unfortunately, we could only spend one night for our 4 year anniversary, the day we were leaving the sun came out and gave us a beautiful double rainbow.

I surprised my wife with a one-night stay at the Vagabond Inn last weekend. I chose it based on the website and other reviews. My first impression upon arrival was that the website just didn't do the place justice. We found the building and grounds to be well maintained, clean, and beautiful. Patti and Elliott are gracious hosts and we couldn't be happier with the time we had there. The Wisteria Suite was great and we can't wait to return!

This was our first B & B experience and it was fantastic. Patti and Elliott made our visit more than pleasurable. They attended to every little detail and were more than hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We stayed in the Hideaway. This room is small but soooo cosy. The pets are very well behaved and we enjoyed them too. The breakfasts were far beyond what we expected and Patti's coffee is absolutely delicious. I have no hesitation recommending this B&B to anyone and as a matter of fact, we are planning another visit ourself. Great, great spot.

I did exhaustive research months before our wedding because i wanted the place to be perfect for my wife and i. The pictures dont even do this place justice! It is, by far, the most beautiful and breathtaking B&B i've ever seen! Patti and her family made us both feel like we were part of their family, and the breakfasts were amazing! No joke, these women know their way around a kitchen! Also if you get the chance, take them up for the wine tour offer! Its well worth the cost, and they know how to get everywhere you need to go for the best wine! The Vagabond is somewhere between a fairy tale and a Kincaid painting, and it really is "God's country" up there. We are busy making reservations for later this year and for many to come!
I like dealing with the owner of the The Vagabond Inn, LLC who is interested in keeping a reputable business. You are amazing. Never seen a person who works with such a passion. Always meet us with smile when we stay there. Really impressed by your good work at The Vagabond Inn, LLC. Thanks for the great service! The Vagabond Inn, LLC best ever!

Our bed broke when we went to go to sleep (mattress/box spring fell through the bedframe). Had to fix it ourselves at 11PM. No offer of compensation from owner for our significant inconvenience. In fact, her apology felt half-hearted and insincere (almost like "well, I have your money...that's too bad for you"). Property also adds $18 "Energy Surcharge" to their already premium rates....was not told this when I made my reservation. I found out this info is noted on the website at the bottom of the page with other bullet points. This significant charge is not acceptable and neither is where they buried it on the webpage. Indoor/outdoor housecat was allowed on the food preparation counters, which as well is not acceptable.Owner spent more time hawking the assorted overpriced art and craft objects in the B & B than she did explaining about the property. Also, see other websites like Tripadvisor for very important information.
