I have an issue for which I was seeking legal assistance -- though I was not sure whether or not legal assistance would be "practically" advisable or available. He made perfect sense to me, and was courteous and respectful the entire conversation.Again, though I was not able to use the firms services, based on my short interaction with both the help who answered the phone and Mr. Zelman, I would feel very comfortable suggesting YOU DO.
