Great Service. Store manager was very helpful ,they explained everything in a way i could understand easily they Did everything possible to help me solve my car problem they delivered as promised on time this is the best place to fix your car , Would recommend. Extremely happy with this store.
Some of these reviews are so out of line with my own experience that I wonder about their veracity. I have used this Tire Choice location for several years on all my cars. Two of the cars (an Audi R8 V10 and a Tesla Model S P85D) are high-performance cars that have special requirements regarding tires, torquing, and alignment. Tire Choice always checks their database to ensure that the wheels are installed and torqued properly. (I quit using the Audi dealer for tire changes as they once delivered the car back to me with the front and rear tire pressures reversed and the valve covers missing.)
I usually check Tire Rack (the internet tire powerhouse) for pricing and then get a quote from Tire Choice. Sometimes Tire Choice gets me a better price, but if Tire Rack has the better price I order from them and have the tires delivered to Tire Choice, where they cheerfully receive the tires and put them on the car.
I also use nitrogen fill on my high-performance cars, and Tire Choice keeps the pressure topped off with no waiting and at no charge whenever I drop by.
All in all, they consistently provide some of the best service I have seen in a town where bad service is too often the going-in assumption.
I chose this store because of the 4 star review. My experience was not 4 star. I was quoted a price over the phone of $133.00 each for 4 tires. No mention was made about any additional charges. My bill was $724.08! That's $180 per tire! I also declined the $90 alignment they claimed that I needed. In addition to the misleading prices, even with an appointment I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for new tires and an oil change. Oh, I should mention that these prices are slightly lower than they started out. As soon as I balked at the new prices, they were suddenly able to provide discounts. They even offered $60 off of the price of the alignment. At that point I was not going to give them one more cent. Know what you are getting in to before choosing this store.
Baaaad Service... Baaaad customer Service... never going back ... wish I could rate with a few stars minus or black splashes (like they leave on/in the vehicles they service ) instead of stars .... very disappointed
This business has horrible customer service. Terrible guy at the front desk. My wife who was treated so poorly when she originally bought four tires absolutely refused to ever do business there again. Stay far away from this ripoff joint. They bait and switch tires that are advertised and act like they couldn't care less if you do business with them or not. I won't again.
