      Typical of most Target Store, one can't depend on it carrying the same items, nor having the shelves stocked properly. I have been in the store numerous times and have been disappointed when searching for a particular item, especially in the toiletries department. At times I have counted as many as 16 empty brackets. Check-out continues to be a headache as there are minimum check stands open, each with several customers waiting.
