Randall Mitchell Companies, L.L.C. is a Naples, Florida based custom home builder. The company's two founding principals, Randall A. Kurtz and D. Mitchell Melheim, have over 35 years of combined experience in the building industry. The primary focus of Randall Mitchell Companies is the building of "smart" custom homes in southwest Florida. The mission of Randall Mitchell is to bring the same unrelenting emphasis on quality that has been the foundation for the success of its sister company, Kurtz Homes, to the more intimately proportioned custom home market.
