DONE RITE does not stand behind their work. Most Air conditioning companies give one year on labor for parts installed. They replaced our main air conditioning coil on April 2, 2018 costing $985.00 and less than 3 months later the attachment was not done correctly to the air conditioner and we were tightening it back down and adding freon costing us an additional $581. Most reliable air conditioning companies stand behind their work and are willing to come our in a timely manner to service it. DONE RITE when called, said that since we did not live down here in Florida in the summer they could not fit us in until the following week and since it was beyond 30 days since the installation the labor would not be free of charge. CHECK this out, other companies we called stand behind their labor for 1 year. This was not worth the risk of mold to our $500,000 home.
